01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "bso99" or "the Platform" means the online gaming platform operated at bso99.cam, including all games, services, tools, and content made available through it.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operator of bso99, a PAGCOR-regulated entity providing online gaming services to eligible users in the Philippines.
• "You," "User," "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places any wager through the bso99 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on bso99 through which a Player accesses the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their bso99 account using accepted payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by bso99 under specified promotional terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing all legal gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "AML" means anti-money laundering obligations as prescribed by applicable Philippine law including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on bso99 and checking the acceptance box, or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms & Conditions has been published, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator on the terms set forth herein.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided through bso99, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and any future game categories introduced to the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail only for the matter to which they relate.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bso99, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and participate in online gambling;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by PAGCOR, bso99, or any other gaming regulatory body;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of the bso99 operator or any of its affiliated suppliers;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

bso99 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on bso99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration by contacting our support team.

bso99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts registered with false or misleading information will be closed immediately and any balance within those accounts may be forfeited.

05 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bso99 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. All activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you.

You must notify bso99 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. bso99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

bso99 will never request your full password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bso99 that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

06 Deposits

All deposits to your bso99 account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. bso99 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to have originated from a third-party source and to close the associated account.

bso99 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction. bso99 charges no deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees for which bso99 accepts no responsibility.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on bso99 may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account, or to an alternative method accepted by bso99 following identity verification.

bso99 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is approved;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a Bonus Balance must be satisfied before the bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Real Money Balance winnings not subject to bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements;
• bso99 may request supporting documentation — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method confirmation — as part of its AML obligations before releasing any withdrawal.

Standard processing times for GCash and Maya withdrawals are under 5 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution. bso99 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; bank and e-wallet fees imposed by your provider are outside our control.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

bso99 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific promotional terms.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by bso99 include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings;
• bso99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, exploiting errors or system malfunctions, or using strategies designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers — will result in the disqualification of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

09 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on bso99 — including RNG slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, e-sabong, and bingo — operate under published game rules available within each game interface or the relevant game lobby. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on bso99 are certified by independent testing laboratories and operate to published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are streamed from audited studios with tamper-proof equipment. bso99 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are determined by the applicable certified RNG or live game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, bso99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in respect of technical failures outside of bso99's control.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bso99 platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, games, or security systems;
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, threats, or harassment directed at bso99 staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances at bso99's discretion, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

11 Suspension & Termination

bso99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in violation of applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bso99 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following final verification. bso99 will retain records of your account activity in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bso99 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of bso99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercialize any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bso99.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bso99 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

bso99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy

bso99's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at bso99.cam/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

bso99 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable data protection regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulators, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law and our operational requirements.

15 Responsible Gaming

bso99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to bso99's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with its regulatory framework.

17 Amendments

bso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bso99 will provide notice via a prominent platform notification or email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
